Refund policy

At Team Backpack, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not handle returns directly. Instead, returns are processed through the original vendor.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at backpack.zacc@gmail.com. Once we approve the return, we will provide instructions. Returns must be sent to the vendor’s designated address. Once we receive the item from the vendor, we will process your refund.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are defective or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we will work with the vendor to resolve the issue.

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalized products. For European Union customers, the 14-day cooling-off period applies: you may cancel or return within 14 days.

Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have any questions, please reach out to backpack.zacc@gmail.com.
